Warranty/Out of Warranty Repair:

If you have a Lumen Photon unit for repair, please fill out the online form HERE. Please include a copy of the form when you send your unit in to the repair department. Our repair department, CyberTek Inc., is located in Albuquerque, NM. Once you submit the online form you will see the updated address for shipping. CyberTek will contact you via email with an invoice to be paid before the repair is completed. Please expect repair times to take 10 business days from the date of payment. The Back Saver and Spine Saver pads may take longer. 

Most often out of warranty repairs are $95.00 per component + return shipping.
