Effective October 1, 2021 Lumen Photon Therapy, Inc. ™ offers a 2 year limited, in-house manufacturer's warranty on all products. If the item is damaged due to obvious and/or gross neglect, or any other manner in which the product did not fail due to design and/or build, Lumen Photon Therapy, Inc. will still repair the unit if desired, but will contact the owner before repairs as a small service fee may be necessary. Lumen Photon Therapy, Inc. ™ will also repair units outside of warranty for a small service fee. Fee is dependent upon unit condition, and can only be judged at our facility.
Domestic Warranty Claim Procedure
To have your unit replaced or repaired under warranty, please fill out the form on our website. Please include the entire unit for diagnosis. While it may seem that the problem is localized to a certain component, often times a different component is at fault. Include the printed repair request sheet in the package so we can accurately and rapidly repair your unit. Failure to include the repair request sheet will result in delays in processing your repair. Please fill out information to the best of your ability. Turn-around time varies with shipping times, production demands, etc.
International Warranty Claim Procedure
International repairs usually carry special conditions, and not all failures are covered under warranty due to different power systems, customer modifications, etc. Furthermore, return shipping for international units is the customer's responsibility. Lumen Photon Therapy, Inc. ™ will only pay for domestic shipping on warranty returns. If units do not arrive to the destination and customer did not request shipping insurance, Lumen Photon Therapy, Inc. ™ cannot be held liable for the loss.
